Hot Nards is our special cross of a sweet Italian pepper (Jimmy Nardello) with a secret super hot. The result is a large pepper that starts sweet and finishes with a whoosh of heat! Great for fresh salsa and lots more. We use the unripe green version to make cases of our famous “Green Machine” hot sauce. Hot Nards is a favorite of all our friends for it’s great flavor, combination of sweet and a bit of heat. A fantastic pepper for those new hot peppers or those who don’t want atomic heat. These plants will need supports as every year they get heavily loaded with peppers!
